Abstract Analyzed the legal status of military courts and military courts as of 2010 defines the place of the military court of general jurisdiction of the courts system, we studied the draft laws, which are registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the definition of the circle of affairs relating to the competence of the military court, as well as compliance with the above conventional standards in the field of human rights protection.
